We spent yesterday morning at Good Spirits Tree Farm looking for our perfect Christmas tree. It was a beautiful, sunny morning, albeit a little cold. Can't say we minded 36 degrees as much in Maryland as we would have in Iowa. We bundled the kids up and took a nice walk through the farm. Rob got to be the lucky one to saw it down and drag it to the entrance. Ellryn slept through nearly the whole thing (LOVE the Macpac!). Cole had a blast playing in the snow, although he did whine about two-thirds of the way through that he "didn't want a Christmas tree anymore". He changed his mind quickly when I replied that Santa would have no place to put the presents if we didn't get one. (Yep, playing that Santa card!) All in all, a lovely morning!
