As any good (partially) Italian mother, her first taste of cheese was ricotta! Cole really doesn't like ricotta, but I never gave it to him as a baby, and I'm hoping Ellryn will embrace her roots and love it. She was actually a lot less enthusiastic about it than these pictures would lead you to believe, but she didn't spit it back out at me, so it's a start.

I love those pictures... Ricotta is blechy unless loaded with sugar and stuffed into one of those tubular pastry things ;) LOL!!!
